NepalCloud is proud to offer a 14-day Money Back Guarantee to all our customers. Our goal is to provide the best possible service in terms of reliability, performance, support, and value for money.

If you are not satisfied with our service within the first 14 days of opening your account, you are eligible to receive a full refund of your hosting fees, minus any domain registration, governmental fees, and payment gateway fees (if applicable). This policy applies to select hosting plans and is limited to one service per user. Multiple accounts created to take advantage of the refund policy will void the user’s ability to obtain a refund.

Please note that the 14-day period begins on the date of registration, not the date of purchase, to prevent fraudulent activity. Refunds are issued on Fridays and may take up to 7 working days to process.

If you wish to cancel your account and request a refund, we encourage you to contact us first so that we can try to resolve any issues you may be experiencing. Please note that this policy does not cover accounts that violate our acceptable usage policy or terms of service, or dedicated server products or domain name registrations, renewals, or transfers.

Money Back Guarantee Terms
  1. Refunds are limited to one per customer. This means that multiple services or sign-ups do not qualify for a refund.
  2. Customers who register with a different account will not be eligible for a refund if the initial account was registered more than 14 days from the cancellation request placement, or if the initial account has already received a successful cancellation request.
  3. Refunds do not include the cost of additional services purchased, such as domain registration or added disk space for dedicated plans.
  4. Refunds are not available for reseller or dedicated hosting packages. They are only available for other general plans.
  5. To request a refund, a written request must be submitted via support ticket within 3 days of cancellation. The request must include eSewa wallet or bank details (if Khalti was used, no additional details are required). To place a cancellation request, log in to your client area and select ‘Request Cancellation’ from the left-hand menu bar on the individual service page.
  6. Refunds will be processed within 7 working days of receiving the request, as long as all necessary steps have been completed.
  7. Refunds are not granted for accounts that have been closed for violating our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy.
How to Request a Refund
  1. Place a cancellation request for the service you wish to close or cancel. To do this, log in to your client area and select ‘Request Cancellation’ from the left-hand menu bar on the individual service page.
  2. In addition to the cancellation request, you will need to submit a separate support ticket with your wallet details. If you used eSewa to make your payment, provide your eSewa ID in the ticket. If you used Khalti, provide your Khalti ID. If you used a different payment method, provide your bank account details.
  3. Wait for the refund to be processed. Refunds will be processed within 7 working days of receiving the request, as long as all necessary steps have been completed.
